This afternoon I will be on a plane to a well deserved holiday in Greece! I desperately need some computer and iPhone -free time, so I will not be blogging. I will be enjoying sunshine, nature, seafood and the other simple things in life. Hopefully I will come back with a clear mind and lots of notes in my inspiration notebook! I adore Ivania Carpio’s blog Love Aesthetics. I think she is so talented and creative. I’ve never seen a fashion blog with such individual style. Needless to say, I loved her last DIY project. She converted a shirt into a skirt. When I did some spring closet-cleaning the other day, I found a shirt that I don’t wear anymore. I still love the fabric and stripes, so I immediately figured I’d make it into a skirt. So this is my take on Love Aesthetics ‘Shirt Skirt’ DIY.
As soon as I saw these pictures, my sweet tooth kicked in! How extremely awesome and cute is this Sprinkles Cupcakes ATM in Beverly Hills? I love the colors, the design and the concept. The downside to all this cuteness is that I’m craving a cupcake right now. Today my holiday officially started, I have two weeks off from now on, and on Sunday I will go to Greece to get some sunshine on my pale skin. So now it’s time to get some bare-legged outfits together, which is kinda hard considering the rainy and stormy weather in Holland. Gosh, life is rough…
